We are currently recruiting for (3) Digital Operators to join the team - one for each shift. The Digital Cutter Operator II is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality labels and related products.
SHIFTS:
- 1st Shift - 5:45am - 2:15 pm - Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift - 1:45pm - 10:15pm - Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift - 9:45pm - 6:15am - Sunday to Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Operator and monitor laser cutting machines to cut, engrave or mark materials.
- Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings based on job requirements.
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Accurately document production output and report issues to supervision.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.  
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic mechanical and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
- Experience with industrial laser cutting equipment preferred.
- Laser cutting, CNC, or manufacturing machine experience preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or print production environments
Working conditions
- Manufacturing and production setting .
- Warehouse light manufacturing environment.
- Temperature may vary. Suggested appropriate clothing for individual comfort.
- Exposure to machinery and moderate noise level .
- Use of required PPE.
Physical requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (50% of time).
- Able to stand for 8 hours.
- Walking and moving around work area (50% of the time).
