Job Description:
Our team is currently undertaking a major effort to streamline and redefine our approval processes within Ariba. While the team focuses on process improvement and workflow redesign, we are seeking a Procurement Administrative Clerk to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure operational continuity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This person will be there to handle lots the day to day administrative work the procurement team handles to help free them up to work on this process definition. So, this resource will act as more of a clerk/admin type to help with the following tasks:
- Running and re-running reports
- Chasing people down for approvals and other things procurement may need
- Working closely with Vendors to assure POs are processed and payments are timely
Qualifications:
- Ariba experience
- Administrative experience
- Someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction across internal teams and vendors.
