Position: Process Engineer / Documentation Specialist
Location: Greenwich, RI (On-Site)
Length: 6 Month Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer Documentation Specialist will provide technical review and approval of CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) documentation from a process engineering perspective. Responsibilities include evaluating process design and operational requirements, ensuring documentation accuracy and alignment with engineering standards, and verifying that commissioning and qualification deliverables support compliant and optimized manufacturing operations. The specialist will collaborate with engineering, CQV, and quality teams to review protocols, test plans, reports, and controlled documents, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits and successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, commissioning, qualification, validation (CQV), or a closely related discipline within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience reviewing or generating CQV documentation (e.g., protocols, test scripts, reports, controlled documents).
- Strong understanding of process systems, manufacturing operations, and engineering design principles.
- Experience collaborating with CQV, engineering, and quality functions in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Prior involvement in commissioning and qualification activities (FAT, SAT, IOQ, PQ, process validation) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
