Location:REMOTE- United States
Duration:12months ( likely to extend/convert to perm)

We're looking for an experienced Oracle EPM IT Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of financial planning and reporting solutions supporting Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance (FPRP) and Investment Banking functions.
This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with business and technology teams to drive scalable, compliant, and data-driven financial solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle EPM platforms (Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, Essbase)
- Partner with Finance (FPRP) & Investment Banking stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Translate complex financial processes into clear functional/technical solutions
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews)
- Drive enhancements across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, audit controls, and financial standards
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion
- 3 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (FPRP)
- Experience supporting Investment Banking or capital markets environments
- Hands-on experience with Planning, FCCS, Essbase, EPBCS
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- CSPO or Agile certification
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification
- Experience with FDMEE, ODI, or Data Management tools
- Familiarity with SOX or financial regulatory frameworks
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
