A Recruitment Sourcer is the first step in the career path of Recruiter here at DPC. In this role, you will receive extensive training and critical hands-on experience to gain trajectory on this career path. Upon graduating from training, the Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting the Recruitment team by identifying, researching, and engaging with potential candidates for open positions. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified talent through proactive sourcing efforts, helping to ensure the organization has access to top candidates. In this role, you will:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal database and networking.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
• Post job openings on various platforms and company career pages and engage with applicants.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit and gauge their interest in available roles.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are up to date.
• Work closely with Recruiters as well as Account Executives to understand job requirements and specific candidate needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a talent acquisition-based environment (Staffing, Sourcing, Human Resources, Recruiting, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal staff and external candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized (detail-oriented) in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• You are personable, optimistic, and fearless of engaging with new people.
• You define GRIT – passion and perseverance to accomplish long-term goals.
