This is role is newly created and will help shape foundational communications for a fast-evolving, enterprise team. About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling content across channels and formats, including:
- Executive presentations
- Email communications
- Internal feature articles
- Social media content
- Video scripts and digital storytelling
- Case studies, speeches, town hall materials, and conference content
- Build and execute strategic communication plans aligned with operations priorities.
- Partner directly with VP-level leaders to understand their voice and translate their vision into clear, well-crafted materials.
- Support executive visibility and internal engagement strategies.
- Manage cross-functional and cross-communication projects, including collaboration with external agencies.
- Ensure content aligns with corporate brand identity, messaging standards, and strategic direction.
- Operate effectively within a fast-paced environment using strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, integrated marketing, or related field
- 8 years of experience in communications, corporate communications, PR, or related disciplines: PORTFOLIO REQUIRED
- Proven experience creating high-quality content across digital, social, written, and video formats
- Strong ability to engage directly with VP-level leaders and capture/express executive voice
- Demonstrated success developing communication plans and strategies from the ground up
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and message development skills
- Strong business acumen with an ability to anticipate team and organizational needs
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Healthcare or biopharma experience is a plus but not required
