What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Technician position at Digital Office Equipment?
This is an introductory position to prepare employees for roles as Field Technicians or other roles within the company. While the primary responsibility is to prepare machines for installation, they are responsible for training to preform tasks associated with the operation of the department including the dispatch, help desk, machine installs, and machine repair. Above all other functions, the Service In-Shop Technician is a CUSTOMER SERVICE position and is expected to ensure 100% of customer interactions exceed our customers’ expectations.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
