Description:
The Vertical Marketing Manager will develop a marketing plan to introduce DMP into targeted business verticals. This individual will also develop a plan to help promote DMP, targeting decision makers and key influencers, in multiple media channels, including outdoor, print, thought leadership content, direct mail, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing or Communications related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Have a good work attitude and work cooperatively with others in the department and company.
- Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
- Expertise in Marketing discipline(s).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vertical Sales team.
- Identify who and how to target businesses in targeted vertical segments (Banking/Govt/Retail/QSR). Identifying target audience for each and how to create awareness and demand for DMP products.
- Work with Product Marketing Manager to identify DMP product features (and provide feedback on needed features) pertinent to the vertical's needs.
- Develop marketing plan, targeting key decision makers in targeted vertical markets.
- Create requirements, including input from Dealer and Product Marketing, for lead management system and leads initiative within group to better track marketing tactics.
- Identify media outlets to advertise both brand and lead generation vertical ads.
- Creates case studies and whitepapers related to Vertical Marketing efforts.
