Oracle Public Sector Permitting & Licensing Consultant

Role type: Principal Consultant, remote (USA or India), open to C2C/1099/W2/FTE

Core focus: Oracle Public Sector implementation — specifically Permitting, Licensing, Code Enforcement, and Planning domains

Experience thresholds:

• 4 years working with Public Sector customers
• 6 years implementing/configuring off-the-shelf software vendor solutions
• 6 years developing As-Is/To-Be business process documentation

Skill profile:

• Functional/technical Oracle product expertise (implementation configuration)
• Independent delivery on moderately complex engagements
• Client-facing — advises customer management/peers on process/solution direction
• Can recommend solutions involving third-party integrations or Oracle extensions
• Contributes to knowledge repositories, mentors team, engages in Oracle professional community
• Business development participation expected
• Oracle certification a plus
