Business Development Manager | Crypto, Trading & Fintech (US Remote) - up to $117k USD + Commission

• Full time ongoing contract @ $117k USD Commission
• MUST be based in/ around New York (for meetings etc)
• Solid background in prediction markets, financial markets, trading or crypto/web3

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing global FinTech media & events business expanding into financial markets, crypto, and emerging trading ecosystems. They’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help scale their presence across the US market.

🍋 The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on building partnerships across fintech, trading platforms, and crypto/web3 companies.

You’ll work closely with founders, operators, and senior decision-makers—helping them leverage a portfolio of events, media, and sponsorship opportunities to grow their brand and reach.

🍋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new business across the US market
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of clients
• Selling event sponsorships, media packages, and partnerships
• Developing long-term client relationships
• Representing the brand at global industry events
• Collaborating internally to deliver high-quality client experiences

🍋 What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of closing deals
• Interest or experience in financial markets, trading, crypto, or fintech
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
