Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for some work from home. In this position, the specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present digital marketing and SEO solutions that align with client needs. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on marketing-generated leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the delivery team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, tracking sales performance, and supporting client retention through regular check-ins and upsell opportunities. The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to refine messaging, provide feedback from prospects, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
