We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role near Newcomb, MD and surrounding areas.
- Provide onsite support supporting students' behavioral and academic success.
- Manage a caseload of 10 to 15 students.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Offer consultation and support to school staff on behavioral strategies.
The ideal candidate has an active BCBA certification, experience in school settings or with school-aged children preferred, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
