The Opportunity: Digital Glyde is pivoting. We aren’t just building cloud infrastructure anymore; we are deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions that transform how businesses operate. We have developed proprietary Gen AI tools and deep expertise in Azure OpenAI and LLMs, particularly for the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
We have the solutions. We need the voice.
We are looking for a hungry, energetic Business Developer who wants to ride the Generative AI wave. We have the technical firepower to build anything you can sell, but we need you to open the doors. This is a "hunter" role for someone who believes in themselves enough to accept a lower base salary in exchange for aggressive, uncapped commissions on high-value contracts.
What You’ll Sell:
- Custom Gen AI Agents: Intelligent assistants that automate complex workflows (e.g., Safety, Compliance, Data Analysis).
- Enterprise Knowledge Retrieval: Solutions that allow companies to "chat" with their own private data using secure LLMs.
- Cloud & Data Modernization: The foundation required to run AI (Azure, Synapse, Data Engineering).

- A "Hunter": You thrive on the chase. You are comfortable cold-calling, networking, and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
- Tech-Curious: You don't need to be an engineer, but you get excited about how Gen AI, ChatGPT, and LLMs are changing the world. You can explain why a company needs AI, not just what it is.
- Entrepreneurial: You see the "lower base" not as a risk, but as an opportunity to prove your worth and write your own ticket. You want to be the "Founding Member" of our sales department.
Your Mission:
- Monetize the Innovation: We have moved beyond simple Proof of Concepts (POCs). Your job is to package our new Gen AI capabilities into signed contracts and recurring revenue.
- Educate the Market: Many clients know they need "AI" but don't know how. You will guide them from "curious" to "committed."
- Close Deals: You find the leads, you run the meetings, and you get the signatures. We will handle the delivery.
