Telework will be allowed, however, candidate will be required to work onsite at Lexington Park, MD 20653 two days per week and must reside within ~90 miles of Patuxent River, MD 20670.

ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense and occasionally other BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Gather reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Create web-based visualizations, dashboards, and reports for custom applications using JavaScript libraries.
- Transform data structures to analyze and join data from multiple sources.
- Customize Qlik Sense Mashups using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Assist with technical and user documentation.
- Assist with evaluating IT tools/hardware and providing recommendations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- High School diploma is required.
- BA/BS and 3 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- HS/GED and 9 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above.
- A bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar is preferred.
- College degrees must be obtained from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

- 3 years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense (experience with other BI tools may be considered).
- Experience creating web-based visualizations and reports using HTML, JavaScript, and/or CSS.
- Experience making REST API calls to pull data for transformation and visualizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with developing modern front-end applications using Node Package Manager (NPM), Webpack, and ReactJS.
- Experience with developing solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, MS Copilot)
- Experience with data transformation using Python and/or SQL.
- Experience with creating custom visualizations using JavaScript libraries / tools.
- Experience in database design and development.
- Active SECRET clearance.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The compensation range is based on industry compensation data and/or position budget and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness:
- The annual base compensation range is $95,000 to $130,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.
- Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses, referral rewards, and spot awards.
