Digital Consultants is seeking a Project Manager for our contract supporting the US Army T2COM VTC/AV Support Services. The Project Manager will have authority to make contract decisions and will serve as the primary contact when identifying and resolving any and all issues regarding the contractor team.

Duties to include:

• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects
• Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services
• Defines project scope and objectives
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems

• Education/Experience: 5 years of experience in a supervisory position managing a workforce who implements, maintains, and supports information systems on a large network.
• Additional Experience: 5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and troubleshooting automated information systems
• Clearance: Secret
• Certifications: IAT Level I
• Proficient with the use of the suite of Microsoft products to include but not limited to MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS SharePoint, and MS Visio.

Desired Skills include:

• 1 year of AV project management experience.
• CTS Certification
• Bi-amp Certification
• CAPM or PMP or equivalent DAU certification

Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
