Job Summary
Digital Color Concepts, Inc. (DCC), a commercial printing company with operations in New Jersey and Massachusetts, is seeking a Wide-Format Digital Print Operator. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and detail oriented Durst P5-350 and/or HP R2000 Operator to join our production team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate has experience operating high-production digital wide-format printers and understands the complete print-production process, including loading media, setting up files, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting, and finishing.
Duties:
- Operate Durst P5-350 and HP R2000 wide-format printers.
- Set up and load various substrates and materials.
- Review print files and production specifications before printing.
- Monitor print quality, color, registration, and equipment performance.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot print-quality and equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and job information.
- Work closely with Prepress, Production, Estimating, and Finishing teams.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production schedules and deadlines.
Experience:
- Previous experience operating a Durst P5/P5-350, HP R2000, or similar industrial wide-format printer preferred.

The right candidate should be able to set up jobs, monitor the equipment, recognize problems, troubleshoot issues, and produce consistent, high-quality work.
- Experience with UV and/or flatbed/roll-to-roll printing.
- Knowledge of different substrates and how they run through the equipment.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot print-quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
- Experience in sign, graphics, display, or large-format production is a plus.
