Experience with Industrial Equipment Repair, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance. Must be a self-starter. Experience with framing and MiG welding galvanized light gauge steel or robotic
welding is a plus.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing Preventive
systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals,
manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting
malfunctions.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for
- Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and
- Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using
- Adjusts functional parts of Table, Clamping, conveying devices and control instruments
- Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance
- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine
expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to

- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Skill and dexterity in the operation of machines and tools.
- Wear required PPE, such as protective helmet, goggles, gloves, etc.
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
