Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Reports to the WinstonNet Assistant Director
Digital Bridges Forsyth (digitalbridgesforsyth.org), a community collaborative and program of Winstonnet, seeks a talented and passionate professional to serve as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is a part-time 10-hour per week position, good for retirees or students. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to management staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Scheduling training
- Organizational tasks such as document creation
- Data entry
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Process all accounts payable invoices and submit for approval
- Maintain all electronic accounting files accurately
- Other duties as necessary
- Respond to client inquiries
- Support event planning
Other Duties:
- Complete administrative forms accurately and timely
- Review and follow all organization guidelines
- Adhere to all safety rules
- Accept other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Financial industry experience preferred.
- Advanced-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to exercise exemplary judgment and think critically with strong problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product.
- Proven ability to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining superior time management, prioritization, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and oral.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Work hours are daytime flexible and average 10 hours per week, dependent on currently funded community projects and subject to the direction of the Executive Director.
