Job Responsibilities

Opportunity

At Digital Asset, we believe strong organizations are built on clarity, connection, and culture. We’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape how our global workforce understands and engages with our mission, strategy, and values.

In this high-impact, highly visible role, you’ll be the architect and steward of our internal narrative — ensuring employees are informed, aligned, and inspired. You’ll work closely with the Head of Communications, Head of People & Workplace, and leaders across the business to design and deliver end-to-end, multi-channel communication strategies that scale across teams, regions, and time zones.

This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments, builds systems from the ground up, and crafts messaging that drives action and connection across a distributed workforce.

  • Lead the company’s internal communications strategy and execution, delivering targeted, relevant messaging across teams, functions, and geographies
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to support company-wide initiatives, programs, and organizational changes
  • Support executive and leadership communications, including announcements, updates, and company-wide messaging
  • Plan and execute all-hands meetings and virtual town halls, from agenda development to post-event engagement
  • Own and evolve internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack/Teams, and emerging tools) to support a hybrid, global workforce
  • Create engaging, accessible content formats that cut through the noise — including visual updates, short-form video, and interactive communications
  • Develop communication campaigns that amplify culture, celebrate achievements, and reinforce company values
  • Lead communications for key employee experience moments such as onboarding, company events, recognition programs, and DEI initiatives
  • Champion two-way communication by gathering feedback and representing employee voice
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on messaging strategy, timing, and channel selection
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed
  • Track engagement metrics, document processes, and build scalable systems to continuously improve communication effectiveness

Job Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our team members. Health and insurance benefits vary by region to ensure local relevance and compliance, and may include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
