Role Description The Account Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of digital projects. In this role, the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage project timelines and expectations, and coordinate with internal design, development, and marketing teams. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, preparing status reports, addressing client questions, and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings. The Account Manager will support proposal development, assist with budgeting and forecasting for client accounts, and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
