Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, provide customer service to clients, and drive customer acquisition through sales activities. You will conduct training sessions for team members and collaborate with the management team on improving sales strategies. This role requires engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, building relationships to support their success, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
- Ability to conduct client or team Training and provide ongoing education to improve skillsets and outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
