Position: All-Source Analyst
Office Location: SW Portland
Weekly Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (in office)
Starting Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 Hourly

Job Summary:
DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing national private investigations firm seeks a clever All-Source Analyst who will learn our cutting edge investigative services inside and out. The All-Source Analyst will apply this knowledge to analyze highly confidential evidence and determine appropriate services for our clients. Our clients utilize our vast suite of investigative services to help mitigate potentially fraudulent workers compensation and liability claims.
Responsibilities:
- Learn DigiStream's array of investigative services
- Keep track of the digital footprint of claimants under investigation and create updates for the client
- Communicate with office staff and surveillance investigators to relay important findings from case results
- Analyze complex investigations and search for potential upsell opportunities to recommend
- Satisfy ancillary assignments on as-needed basis
- Order and review Medical/Gym records retrieval efforts, ensuring communication with the Medical records Sweep provider to maintain quality assurance
- Keep track of record retrieval assignments, taking thorough notes and periodically checking in with the record-holder to maintain efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required (Criminal Justice, Psychology, History, Political Science or other writing intensive major preferred)
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information from social networking profiles and online forms and articles, and apply it to an investigation
- Ability to interpret a variety of client instructions
- Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong research skills
