We have a requirement with our direct client, and ideally the candidate should meet the following,
Requirements:
- Manage FCM and other FIT applications and platforms/operations, supporting both cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Support and maintain on‑prem applications while assisting in modernization efforts as applications migrate to the cloud.
- Handle deployment change management, including bi‑annual deployment cycles and coordination with application teams.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Oversee load balancers for internal and external applications, ensuring proper routing and availability.
- Work with Tomcat/Apache, cloud open‑source MQ, S3 buckets, and related infrastructure components.
- Manage certificate lifecycle, including renewals, updates, and integrations across applications.
- Ensure firewall configurations are properly set for cloud connectivity and secure communication.
- Validate that applications can successfully connect after firewall and infrastructure updates before handing off to application teams.
- Manage and maintain 250 servers, including application installation, user ID setup, and security authentication.
- Provide operational oversight of the underlying infrastructure, ensuring stability and compliance (not responsible for spinning up servers).
- Engage with FIT teams for escalated issues, providing support and coordination as needed (not primary support ownership).
