The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support successful project delivery.

- Hands-on experience with Data Analysis and Data Visualization
- Experience with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
- Experience with Confluence and Miro
- Understanding of User Story Writing and Backlog Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and improve business workflows and processes.
- Analyze data and create meaningful visualizations and insights.
- Support Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and coordinate with business users.
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Use Confluence and Miro for documentation, collaboration, and process visualization.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Identify process improvements and help drive business solutions.
