Hi all,
We have a Quality Assurance Analyst role available with our Direct Vendor. It is going to be an immediate hire for their Boston location.
Desired Skills
- 3-10 years testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Experience with Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case and defect management
- Data testing experience. Includes writing SQL and working with XML files
- Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance a plus
- Excellent skills as a communicator and facilitator, both written and oral
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal
- Self-starter, with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
- A process improvement mind-set
