The Business Solutions Architect (BSA) will be responsible for managing the scope of a portfolio of projects aligned with the key strategic objectives of the organization. This can include story mapping, documenting business requirements and business processes that support these strategic objectives, facilitating estimation, engaging delivery teams, quality assurance, and becoming an overall subject matter expert for these initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the business relationship management of assigned counterparts and will work closely with those persons to scope and shape IT projects that advance business strategies

• Own creation of project charters that are the input into IT Estimation and Business Requirements documents, and will review and provide input to business requirements and test plans

• Fully understand key business performance indicators that impact assigned areas and will understand, manage and monitor IT activities that affect these KPIs

• Cultivate innovative ideas to resolve problems

• Accountable for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project to ensure its overall success

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5 years of Project Management and Business Analysis experience (preferably in a lead role)

• 3 years of consulting experience, preferably in Healthcare or other fast-paced growth companies

• Ability to work with high-talent teams locally and virtually

• Business aptitude and ability to quickly learn and absorb business context and business processes and translate them to IT

• Conceptual knowledge of application development, procedures, and practices

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions using the Agile delivery methodology

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions

• Detail-oriented and service-focused as an advocate for our clients

• Exemplary written and verbal communication

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines

• Previous experience in IT application development methodologies

• Ability to navigate and adapt through a large organization

PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND LOGISTICS

• Familiar with leading process improvement efforts

• Practical experience in a business architecture role is highly desirable

• Experience working/navigating in a matrixed environment

At Digineer, we comply with all local and state regulations regarding salary transparency. The actual salary/wage will be based on relevant factors such as applicant skills, experience, degrees, and certifications, as well as geographic location and market considerations. This position's salary ranges from $90,000 to $158,000. In addition, the role is eligible for performance-based and quarterly/annual bonuses.
