digiM solution LLC is a world leader in microstructure science and advanced imaging for the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking to fill an immediate Technical Marketing Specialist position to support our rapidly growing business. Depending on the success of the candidate selected, this position has the potential to develop into a sales position or marketing manager roles within the business team.
Using a variety of marketing and sales tools, the Technical Marketing Specialist will focus on developing creative content, enhancing the website, and supporting marketing activities which drive new business opportunities for the sales team including but not limited to prospecting for lead generation and securing first call. The Specialist will provide dynamic and critical support to ongoing commercial activities assigned by the sales team, the Marketing Director, and the leadership team, as necessary.

Experience essential to success:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, physics, engineering, pharmaceutical science, or biology
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical writing
- Familiarity with content creation with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and movie editing softwares
- Champion for translating technical concepts into digestible content which drives marketing and sales engagement
- Comfortable working and communicating across interdisciplinary teams, including marketing, sales, scientists, and software
- Experience with external marketing via email, LinkedIn, and presentations
- Enthusiastic about helping customers with technology and science
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- 1 years of experience in a marketing or sales position is a plus
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tool is a bonus
Tasks and Duties:
- Develop written and creative content for digiM’s social media marketing, including LinkedIn posts for corporate and personnel profiles
- Write copy for digiM’s website, including application pages, blogs, and news posts
- Build out content streams and workflows plans for outbound prospecting, including LinkedIn messages and email drip campaigns
- Convert marketing engaged contacts and conference prospects into sales leads through education and actionable engagements
- Translate new solutions and products into marketing collateral
- Support preparation of marketing materials for conferences and webinars
- Monitor and respond to pre-sales communications, including form requests and LinkedIn messages
- Conduct market search and lead generation activities to ensure the growth of the sales pipeline
- Supporting qualification calls with new sales leads is a bonus
