Position Overview
The Inventory Optimization Associate helps optimize and manage space for current inventory. This role will maintain inventory space with responsibilities for buildings, trays, shelves, and reserve utilizations.
This is considered an essential onsite role, which requires regular onsite attendance.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Responsibilities
The starting base pay rate for this position is:
$20.00
This position may also be eligible for shift, skill, and/or team lead pay differentials that will be in addition to the starting pay rate.

- Full-Time 3-12 Shift – $23.34 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $2.34 allowance for the 36 for 40 schedule)

Responsibilities
- Optimize Gray Shelf, Case Shelf and Reserve and Large and Oversize pallet locations utilization.
- Reconfigure gray shelf and case shelf realignment as a result of the executed project.
- Put away product as needed as a result of the executed project.
- Re-home product based on the best utilization of space.
- Recognize and recommend new space configurations.
- Test new process flows for new WM locations.
- TE utilization.
- Identify and qualify “TE” products as needed as a result of the executed project.
- Inventory
- Identify and changing active maxes on items that have too much stock in the OSR.
- Removing iLPN’s from the OSR that’s has over stock in the OSR.
- Re-homing iLPN’s to other areas to better utilize space.
- Fixing iLPN’s with issues when removing or rehoming.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
- Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently

- Able to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
- Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen

- May move/stand on concrete throughout 8–10-hour shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
