Job Overview:
The Chief Strategy Officer is responsible for the company's overall strategic planning and execution, coordinating business development, market positioning, and innovation projects to ensure the company's long-term growth goals and maximize shareholder value. This position requires forward-thinking, business acumen, and cross-departmental coordination skills, and is a core member of the company's senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
Formulate the company's medium- and long-term development strategy, clarifying business priorities and objectives;
Assess market trends, competitive environment, and industry opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations;
Drive the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that all business units are aligned with the company's goals.
Business Analysis and Decision Support
Conduct in-depth analysis of new business models, investment projects, and M&A opportunities;
Participate in the evaluation and negotiation of major investments, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic cooperation;
Provide regular strategic reports and risk assessments to support the board of directors and CEO's decision-making.
Innovation and Business Development
Drive innovation projects and digital transformation, exploring new markets, new products, and new business models;
Work closely with product, technology, operations, and marketing departments to implement strategic innovations;
Continuously optimize the company's resource allocation to improve business efficiency and profitability.
Cross-departmental Coordination and Team Management
Lead the strategy team, develop performance indicators and incentive mechanisms;
Coordinate different departments to achieve strategic goals, ensuring smooth cross-departmental collaboration;
Develop a team with strategic analysis, business acumen, and project management capabilities.
External Relations and Industry Insight
Maintain strategic relationships with investors, partners, and industry organizations;
Tracking industry trends, policies, regulations, and competitive dynamics, and proposing corresponding strategies;

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, MBA, finance, economics, management, or related majors preferred;
Over 20 years of experience in corporate strategic planning, management consulting, investment and M&A, or business development;
Experience in strategy formulation and execution in large enterprises or multinational corporations;
Excellent business analysis, decision-making, and data-driven thinking skills;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-departmental coordination skills;
Fluent in English, able to participate in international business development and communication;
Experience in listed company strategy or cross-industry project management is preferred.
