Join a large and established Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology with close to 40 providers. SRSMG has 19 clinics in San Diego with 7 sites offering both OB and GYN services.

Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.

Requirements/Preferred Experience:
- SRSMG is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OBGYN Department at SRS Santee
- To be considered for the position, candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working full-time (as a WHNP/PA) in a Women’s Health setting. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience with initial OB/1st trimester ultrasound is required
- Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment
- OB: interpret fetal assessment tests (NST) and initial OB visits
- GYN: perform wellness exams, pap smears, pelvic exams, reproductive exams, IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies
- 1.0FTE full-time salaried position with a Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm schedule and one hour for lunch at the SRS Santee clinic
- 100% outpatient with no after-hour call / no inpatient work
