• SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
• Group has 200 primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
  
  

Position Details:

• 4.5-day work week with average of 22 patients per day
• Outpatient after hour call of once every 4-5 weeks (phone call only)
• In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO and Allergy
• New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch
• Rounding 1 week at a time every 5 weeks
• Level III NICU
• Group averages 3,500 deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group)
• Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns
• Must be board certified/eligible to be considered
• Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package

Annual base salary range at 1.0FTE is $230,000.00. The posted annual salary is the annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
