What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant – Data Migration position at Digicomplish Inc?
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory and Costing to support Weatherford's Oracle Fusion data migration initiative. The consultant will be responsible for functional data analysis, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete data migration lifecycle for Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Analyze legacy manufacturing, quality, inventory, and costing data and map it to Oracle Fusion.
- Define functional transformation and conversion requirements.
- Support migration of relevant data including items, item structures/BOMs, work definitions, inventory balances, manufacturing-related data, quality-related data, and costing information.
- Work with business SMEs to validate source data, identify gaps, and support cleansing activities.
- Collaborate with technical migration teams on extraction, transformation, and loading requirements.
- Validate migrated data for functional completeness and accuracy.
- Perform reconciliation and support multiple mock conversion cycles.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover readiness, and production migration activities.
- Troubleshoot functional data issues identified during conversion and testing.
Required Experience
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Hands-on functional experience with Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory and Costing.
- Experience with 2–3 Oracle implementations involving end-to-end data migration.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and inventory master/transactional data.
- Strong experience with data mapping, validation, reconciliation, conversion testing, and cutover.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with business SMEs, functional consultants, integration teams, and data migration teams.
