Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Sheridan, WY. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and generating leads through networking, creating proposals and presentations to attract clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new growth areas. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales planning skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and proposal creation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in relationship-building and negotiation
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven growth strategies
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage cross-functional coordination
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the outsourcing industry or knowledge of dispatcher services is an added advantage
