Job Summary:
Digi Solutions is seeking a skilled SEO & Web Development Specialist with a strong understanding of both organic and paid search marketing to join our growing digital team in Baltimore, Maryland.
In this role, you’ll combine technical SEO and web development expertise with hands-on SEM campaign support to help our clients achieve measurable online growth. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining WordPress websites that perform seamlessly, while implementing strategies that boost visibility across search engines.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — comfortable in Google Ads dashboards one day and improving site speed or schema markup the next.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual compensation range of $48,000 – $72,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and keyword rankings.
- Support and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring fast load times, responsive design, and SEO-friendly structure.
- Conduct technical site audits to identify and fix issues impacting crawlability, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to implement data-driven improvements.
- Write and optimize metadata, schema markup, and on-page elements to enhance click-through rates.
- Monitor analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads) to evaluate campaign and site performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay up to date with algorithm updates, search trends, and web development best practices.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and website development (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience managing or assisting with Google Ads or Bing Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with landing page optimization, conversion tracking, or remarketing campaigns.
