Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Present and explain digital marketing services with clarity and professionalism
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and assist with upselling services
- Collaborate with internal creative, SEO, and advertising teams to ensure successful execution
- Maintain organized pipelines, notes, and follow-ups within CRM systems
- Communicate clearly through email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client services (marketing or agency experience preferred)
