Role Description
We are seeking a Service Project Lead for a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX. The Service Project Lead will coordinate and oversee security system projects to ensure the successful completion of installations and services. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with team members, communicating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for operational improvement. The role also involves assessing financial health of projects, reporting progress, and assisting teams with problem-solving critical issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance, solve problems, and recommend improvements
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships
- Experience in Sales with the ability to collaborate effectively and support project-related efforts
- Understanding of Finance and budgeting principles, with the ability to track and evaluate financial aspects of projects
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in security systems or technology solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, TX, and travel when necessary
