Position
Digi International is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support and strengthen our credit and collections operations. This role is a great fit for finance or accounting professionals who want to deepen their expertise in credit risk evaluation, customer account management, and AR best practices.
What You’ll Work On
- Manage assigned customer accounts, collections, and reconciliation
- Analyze customer financial status and recommend credit limits
- Monitor credit management policy adherence and escalate concerns
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve issues
- Process credit/debit memos and journal entries
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and portals
- Support Digi US and Ventus Cash Applications team
- Assist with SOX controls and customer sales tax information
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Manage online billing portals for designated accounts
- · Complete special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of AR experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience analyzing financial statements and credit risk
- Independent, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Business acumen and customer-focused mindset
Desired but Not Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field preferred
- Experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and staff accounting processes

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $52,000-$62,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
