What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator position at Diggs Dental Care?
Diggs Dental Care is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time dental receptionist. Qualified applicants will be organized, dependable, and possess a positive, professional attitude. Experience in a dental office, or with dental or medical insurance/billing knowledge is preferred.
Requirements for this position include greeting patients, managing incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate patient care, managing the daily schedule for providers, facilitating payments, and submitting claims to insurance providers, among other administrative tasks.
