Role Description
The Territory Manager, Southeast, will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing business strategies within the assigned territory. As a key representative of Digger Specialties, Inc., the individual will engage with customers, conduct market research, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills to drive performance and execute strategies effectively
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and developing actionable insights
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-oriented environment
- Experience in the building products industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Preferred location is Northern Florida or Southern Georgia
- Willingness to travel for client and territory-related responsibilities as needed
