Project Estimator/Architectural Program Assistant
Summary: This position will work with customers to assess needs for projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(These duties are not inclusive and additional duties may be assigned to the employee at any time.)
- Able to read blueprints/specifications from Architects
- Use estimating software to build parts list from drawings and blueprints
- Price parts list for our direct customers
- Implement new parts into estimating system
- Work with Vendors to update information on hosting sites
- Have Technical skill and detail oriented
- CAD experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn.

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or work experience conducive to this position. Good computer skills
- LANGUAGE SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic math skills.
- REASONING ABILITY Problem solving skills. Ability to interpret what is seen on drawings
