Customer Service/Operations

Digestive Warrior (www.digestivewarrior.com) is a small, local (Arden) e-commerce business in search of one full time employee for a multifaceted role focused on, but not necessarily limited to, customer service and daily operations. This individual should be a customer service ninja who is super patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving should come naturally to this individual. They should be a competent, well-spoken communicator capable of providing product information while resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. This individual will also participate in daily operations to include assisting in accurately and expeditiously processing orders, inventory management, transporting processed products to various points of distribution, and other tasks as assigned. This is a very hands on position. Trustworthiness is imperative, but integrity even more so. Reliable transportation is a must. Hours can be tailored to suit most, but we typically adhere to standard hours M-F weekly, closing most holidays. We are a small family business operating from our home.
