Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Weekend Supervisor to oversee operations during the weekend shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team meets performance goals while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. MUST BE OVER 19!
Saturdays vary 9:30am earliest and 8pm(latest)
Sundays vary earliest 9:15am and latest 8pm
Typically 8-9 hour shift each day
Fridays 3pm-7:30pm available as well but not required
Responsibilities
This is a fast paced position!!!
- Supervise and manage the weekend team, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively.
- Oversee Parties and open play to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Provide employee orientation and training for new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the shift.
- Maintain a clean environment!!
