Responsibilities
- Supervise children’s activities and play areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Manage daily event setups, including organizing games, activities, and themed events for guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with inquiries or concerns
- Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving conflicts or issues promptly to maintain a positive environment
- Monitor the play area continuously, ensuring cleanliness, safety standards, and proper equipment use
- Assist with food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages in designated areas
- Maintain accurate cash handling during ticket sales or merchandise transactions
- Conduct safety checks and respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents using conflict management skills
Requirements
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or working with children is highly desirable
- Knowledge of event management and ability to coordinate activities smoothly
- Lifeguard experience or certification is preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already certified
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging with guests of all ages
- Experience in food service or theater environments is a plus for creating engaging entertainment experiences
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
