Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest services by greeting visitors warmly and assisting them with inquiries.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions at various service points.
- Assist in food service operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
- Support events management by setting up venues, coordinating activities
- Monitor inflatable and play areas and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Handle conflicts or guest complaints effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Engage with children in a friendly manner, creating a positive environment for families.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and school breaks and holidays!
- Strong skills in conflict management and public speaking to effectively communicate with guests.
