About Us:
We’re a family-owned excavation and hardscape business serving Greater Boston and Middlesex County. We handle site prep, drainage, trenching, grading, and hardscape/enhancement of outdoor living areas.
Position: Excavation Laborer
We’re looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and ready to show up and get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation
- Support installation of drainage systems, piping, and underground utilities
- Shovel, rake, and move materials as needed
- Follow instructions and communicate clearly with the owner/operator
- Help set up job sites safely (cones, trench boxes, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, small tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Requirements:
- Entry-level welcome; construction/landscape experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
Schedule:
- Part-time ~30 hours
- Saturdays required during busy season
