What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer/ Gardener position at Dig Art Landscapes LLC?
Dig Art Landscapes is looking for a Landscape Laborer/ Gardener. Dig Art Landscapes is a residential landscaping company. We specialize in design, installation and care of residential landscapes. Our area of emphasis is creating gorgeous and diverse residential landscapes rich in plant material.
Job duties include working with team members to implement planting, mulching, pruning and hardscape (patio, wall and sidewalk) installation as well as landscape and plant care. You will have an opportunity to work with a high energy and supportive team. You will be learning proper use and care of landscape tools and small engine equipment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with plants and in the landscaping field. Former landscape or comparable experience is helpful, however we are invested in training the right candidates.
There is wonderful opportunity for advancement. Pay scale is based on related job experience. We will train and salary WILL INCREASE with experience. There is an opportunity to move into a Crew Leader position. We are looking for highly motivated people who enjoy working outside, have an eye for detail, enjoy working in a team environment and are excited to learn.
