EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR ATTORNEY: 1-3 years experience at 35 member law firm. Candidate must be motivated, and a self starter. Practice areas include all aspects of employment, education and special education including attending meetings, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, trials and special education hearings. In addition, practice areas include all aspects of labor law including litigating discrimination claims, negotiations, training, and day to day personnel issues.
