A fast-growing, well-funded HealthTech startup is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own and scale the data infrastructure powering a platform transforming healthcare in the US.

This is a rare chance to join a lean, high-calibre team at a pivotal growth stage and take ownership of systems that sit at the heart of the business. Data isn’t a support function here, it’s mission-critical.

What you’ll be doing

✅ Build and own production ETL/data pipelines end-to-end

✅ Develop scalable workflows using Python, SQL, orchestration tools (Dagster/Airflow) and dbt

✅ Improve observability, monitoring and alerting across pipelines

✅ Standardise and scale data systems as the business grows

✅ Partner with product and engineering to drive better operational and clinical outcomes

What they’re looking for

✔️ 4–8 years in Data Engineering

✔️ Strong Python SQL skills (hands-on, production level)

✔️ Experience owning data pipelines end-to-end

✔️ Start-up experience required, comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership

✔️ Experience with dbt, Snowflake (or similar) and Airflow

Bonus: HealthTech / healthcare data experience
