Job Summary:
The Route Sales Representative sells and merchandises Dietz & Watson's products to existing and new accounts while driving a company truck. This full-time position offers competitive pay, incentives, medical, dental, and vision healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver Dietz & Watson products to an established route.
- Work with clients/customers to build sales.
- Introduce new products.
- Attempt to build sales at each stop.
- Maintain accurate financial records of daily sales.
- Manage inventory of delivery truck.
- Use handheld computer for tasks.
Requirements:
- CDL B license required.
- Clean 2-year driving history necessary.
- Previous sales experience essential.
- Frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs required.
- Lifting up to 20 pounds on a continuous basis and occasional lifting up to 60 pounds.
- High level of concentration and attention to detail needed.
- Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive position.
