Dietrich’s Auto Repair is seeking a reliable, experienced Auto Technician and/or Shop Foreman to join our team. We are a busy, long-established independent repair shop looking for someone with strong general automotive repair skills and the ability to keep work flowing smoothly. Responsibilities
- Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Light diagnostic work, including basic check engine light troubleshooting
- Oversee shop workflow (if in a foreman role)
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed Requirements
- NY State Inspection License (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Solid all-around auto repair knowledge
- Basic/light diagnostic capability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and professionalism
